Chattanooga plans

Hi everyone,

Those of you who are planning to make the trip to Chattanooga the last weekend of this month, listen up!

The main thing I want to remind everyone about is to make your reservations at the hotel if you haven't already done so. It's the Marriot Courtyard I-75 and the phone number is

. Please tell them you are with the pulmonary fibrosis group in order to get the discounted rate. Also in order to get the discount reservations must be made by October 16th. After that any rooms not taken by our group will be turned back in to the general reservation pool for the hotel.

As far as I know most folks are arriving on Friday throughout the day. Because everyone's arrival times will vary Jane and Eddie will be bringing a couple of sandwhich trays in order to eliminate the need to go out for supper on Friday night. So there will be cold cuts, bread, condiments etc and drinks to eat on Friday evening and plenty of hugs and catching up.

Saturday we are planning tentatively to make an afternoon visit to the Chattanooga Aquarium. Jane is arranging a group discount on our admission through a friend. The aquarium is very disabled friendly, having both escaltors and an elavator.

For Saturday dinner there is a terrific restaurant very close to the hotel. Supper will be there.

Sunday so far we are leaving kind of loose. There is always the possibility of a riverboat cruise on Sunday afternoon for those who want to.
