Guest guest
Hi Cori, I had the surgery due to an under developed upper jaw due to cleft lip and plate and I had a small nose and my face didn't look right. Though i'm glad I went through with the surgery but with everything that has happened during my recovery it has bee tough. The maxillofacial surgeon thinks I am having a relapse, and I now have TMJ too. So we are looking at moving the lower jaw back as well as elastics. Thank you! __________________________________________________
Guest guest
... It's the same procedure clear out here in Oregon. When I did rehab I was 1 of 3 w/PF. My rehab was geared for ME by my Dr. but the supervision is the same quality. Those RT's are so knowledgeable. MamaSher; 71, IPF 3-2006, OR.Don't fret about tomorrow, God is already there! Re: Why? Thats why I choose treadmill. It's convenient and I can adjust the oxygen easily to whatever level I need. Glad it hit you though because exercising to the point of coughing, choking and gagging isn't good for you.>> Ten minutes into my bike ride, coughing, choking, & gagging; when it suddenly hit me. WHY AM I DOING THIS?! Is it really better to exercise so that one can be incrementally healthier even, though your sats are gradually dropping, or should comfort rule? I'm beginning to lean toward comfort and a good i...> > Bob Dopher 04/07>
Guest guest
/ MB... whoops MB...didn't mean to contradict what you said about some staff not being well informed... Those who worked with me seemed to know more than the Dr. With all the good info we get here on the board, it doesn't take long to discern if a staff member/RT is 'up to date'. Thank God for our board! MamaSher; 71, IPF 3-2006, OR.Don't fret about tomorrow, God is already there! Re: Why? BobIt's better to NOT LET YOUR SATS DROP.
