Halvah is very sweet fudge-like made from sesame seeds and honey. It

is made from toasting the sesame seeds, blending and then adding

honey, cinnamon, allspice and ginger, and pressing into a pan.

Pistachio halves are sometimes added.

I have a jar of Sesame butter. Is that the same thing as tahini?
