Guest guest
i was still eating soft foods: tuna salad, string cheese, chicken soup with overdone ramen noodles, chicken tenders with sweet n sour sauce. but go with what you are craving at first. your body seems to know what it wants best. if something doesn't sit well, try it again a week later. try dark meat poultry instead of white meat since it is more moist and easier to eat. try tomato soup with plain protein powder added in. also try melba toast instead of regular bread for pbj or the tuna salad. hope this helps mary y > I need to know what some of you are eating at 3 weeks post-op.
