Hey, Judie: I wish I did! I'm too lazy to try to make such things at home..

we prefer to eat out (mainly in chinatown) since the restaurants are so great

here! LOL

I have a good one for you---

THAI CHICKEN LINGUINE

1 POUND LINGUINI

1 LARGE CLOVE GARLIC - MINCED

1TSP FINELY GRATED LEMON PEEL

1C BOTTLED THAI PEANUT SAUCE

2TBL SOY SAUCE

1/2TSP HOT RED PEPPER SAUCE

1/4 C CREAMY PEANUT BUTTER

14 OZ UNSWEETENED THAI COCONUT MILK

1 TBL FRESH LIME JUICE

2- 10 OZ PACKAGES OF COOKED CHIX BREAST STRIPS

1 LARGE TOMATO, CORED, SEEDED AND DICED

1/2C COARSELY CHOPPED BASIL AND CILANTRO

1/2 C COARSELY CHOPPED DRYROASTED PEANUTS

COOK PASTA.

BRING THE NEXT 8 INGRREDIENTS TO A BOIL OVER MODERATE HEAT

REDUCE BY A 1/3, THEN ADD CHIX AND COOK FOR 3 MINUTES

ADD TOMATO, CILANTRO AND BASIL, TOSS AND SERVE, TOP W/PEANUTS

A friend made this for us and we loved it. This is her recipie.
