Guest guest
I have no clue if it is , but the first (and last) time I took all three of my chidren to MD, all they ate was the FF and a Sprite. My NT twins had really bad stools, not only smelly, but really ugly looking (color and consistency)-sorry on the detail-especially . had a bad stool as well, but he has not been himself lately, and so I didn't connect his behavior right away until the next morning, when my dd had her BM. I don't know what it is in those FF, but I will never take them again (she had a piece of ff in it!!!). FFs is a thing they always go for, and at home is never a problem, whether I make my own or I use the Ore Ida. So I have to think it was the french fries. Now, if your son had the same problem I couldn't tell you, this was just my experience of two weeks ago. Cristina-WA Proud mom to 4.9 yo ASD, & 2.1 yo NT twins. Guest guest
Do you think maybe you have a corn problem? I think Mc's fries are done in corn oil... Or perhaps they aren't separating their fryers like they are supposed to.... I think I would avoid Mcs from now on - just to be safe. Moira > This afternoon I took and Dana to a Mc's for lunch.. Guest guest
I would think that the burger patty was bad. We used to eat at McD's occasionally but stopped after my older NT kids asked me why they often feel sick and have diahrea after eating their burgers. I get sick from their meat from time to time but didn't know they did also until they spoke up. I thought I was just too sensitive. This has been a problem at all the 3 locations near us. I would say this happens about 30% of the time but never happens at any other burger place. Another thing that bothers me about McD's is that even though the health dept. assigns grades to restaurants here in CA, they never have a sign up. We ask from time to time why and are just told they don't have to (mom and pop places have to but McD's gets special exemption?). One employee whispered to us that they did not get a passing grade. Now that my son is on the GFCF diet, I go through the drive through to get french fries at McD's then go eat at another fast food place. > This afternoon I took and Dana to a Mc's for lunch.. Guest guest
our problem with McD's was the corn oil they cook the fries in (not purely corn oil but veg. oils with corn oil being one of them) Also i " m the one who always endorses epsom salt baths and if your son did better after i would give him one every night during an infraction period...just my opinion....Sharon
