So true. There are several viruses running around the internet,

many without the knowledge of the people who are sending it.

Many viruses spread by email by attaching themselves to a

message and then cc'ing everybody the address book. This

appears to be common for users of Microsoft Outlook mail

software. If you receive one, it is always a good idea to tell the

" sender " that you got a virus from their computer and they should

update/run virus protection software.

Also, if you have virus protection software, make sure it is

updated at least once a week and more like everytime you

connect to the internet...BEFORE you check your mail. There

seems to be a new virus warning every week these days.
