Just for the before holidays!...Actually our last SHIPPING day is Dec. 18th...the last day to get PLACE your order is Dec 15th. Due to the way the holidays fall this year, we won't be resuming regular shipments until Jan 7 so we're advising everyone to check your cupboards. ---------------------------------------------- Jay Bigam Marketing and Information Technology Manager Kinnikinnick Foods Inc. www.kinnikinnick.com Toll Free: 1-

Now you've got me nervous too!! > Yes, on the 18th they are going out of business. JUST KIDDING. What would we do?????? I guess since they only send out orders on Tues, this is the last Tues they will ship before the year ends. The woman I spoke to said to be sure I had enough to get me through Xmas as the 18th was the cut off. Janelle
Guest guest
, I does usually take about 2 wk and with the holiday that probably slowed things down. When you find the items that you like you can put them on automatic order and request that the order be shipped every 2 wks , 3 wk or whatever works best for you. I actually had to cancel my auto order cause Maranda was not eating as much and changed her preferances but I will re do my order for auto ship after Christmas, it's 1 less thing to remember. I also wondered if anyone has compared Deland Bakery and Kinnikinnick and if so was there a preferance? Good Luck , Valarie in CA

They didn't come and still haven't (over 2 weeks now). Does it usually take so long? Seems like breads and such would be moldy by the time you got them. I'm anxious to try the products with so much good talk about them but goodness you would sure have to order way ahead. Can you get local HFS to carry this brand? W. Anytime you have a question about your order, please feel free to call our toll free line. We can let you know it's status immediately. And BTW, you can get local stores to stock our products. Just get your favorite store to give us a call, it's how we've become available in 21 states....and counting.. Here's our standard reply explaining our delivery times: Our normal turn around for orders is within 10 working days from the time you place your order until the time you receive it. This is posted on the entrance to the web store and is also in our Shop page [http://www.kinnikinnick.com/shop.html ] and is also in our shipping FAQ page. If you ordered over the internet you should have received an email confirmation that indicated your expected shipping date and if you called you should have been told the expected shipping date. This is in part due to the fact that we are making fresh products and do not stock any baked products. We can't just pick an order off the shelves. We make each order fresh for you. Be assured that your products are not 10 working days old when you get your order. They are shipped shortly after they are made to get you the best quality, preservative free products we can make. I will order things from Land's End or Amazon, etc..., but from any of my gfcf sources-I use the phone. (-: Anyway, I think they mail out on Tuesdays, according to the woman I spoke with. I called in my order on Monday, and she said it wouldn't be mailed until next Tues. I guess they wouldn't have the time to process and bake my order and get it in the mail in 24 hours, thus, it would be sent the following Tues. I really feel, though, that with any of these companies, at least in my experience, they will bend over backwards to help you out. If I got an order that was moldy, or whatever, I would just call and I am sure they would redo your order. Janelle
