I think you can have regular bacon once a week if it's fried crispy.

 

Can a moderator confirm this?  Otherwise, Gwaltney brand is sugar-free.  I found it at Wal-Mart.  I just don't eat it very often anymore.

and the occasional, cured sugar-free bacon which may contain them.) Actually, I got really sick from a sugar-free bacon last week -- I attribute that to the nitrates.
