JoAnne Healthy Stools: Size - large diameter 1 to 1.5 inchesColor: medium brownForm: soft, formed round but firmUnhealthy Stools: Size: Narrow - 1/4 to 1/2 inch wide (indicates colon inflammation - the more narrow, the more severe the inflammation)Color: dark brown or black (indicates too much bile - diet is too high in fat). Stools yellow in color or pale can indicate liver problems. According to Krohn entitled " The Whole Way to Allergy Relief and Prevention, " yellow stools mean insufficient bile. Suggestions are taurine, inositole, methionine (be careful with this, you may have low histamine, this decreases it), choline, lecithin, & bile salts (looking for a distributor of bile salts).Form: mud like texture, very hard chunks or mushy or chronic diarrhea. If your stools are the size of a pencil and sink. Ask for a Ph sample of your stool. If it is above 7 have a high fiber/pectin breakfast. To heal the gut and for its anti-inflammatory properties to drink 1 cup of aloe vera juice 3 times a day for 5 days (about 1 gallon). Also to eat 1 cup of raw cabbage or sauerkraut daily plus 3 cloves and sliced garlic.

Guest guest
Ah, where *else* could you ask such a question of total strangers! LOL!! Steve - be careful with those low-flush models.
