Make homemade beef or chicken broth and thicken it with any GF flour, add garlic, salt and onion powder too and try that on the pasta instead. If its chicken gravy you can use ground turkey or chicken too in the gravy. Miss Robens has lots of different pasta products which are gfcf, and you can use any of them with a GFCF mayo and make a cold pasta salad - add chicken or tune too.
