Can your child eat eggs? If so, you have quite a few options. There are many " real world " recipes that use nuts and eggs and hardly any flour (or none), where you could substitute the flour of your choice. I make an almond fudge torte with chocolate, marzipan, and eggs. Last weekend, I tried a new recipe with walnuts, chopped apples, eggs, chocolate. My sister makes angel food cakes for birthdays.
