Can anyone tell me if you can put cornmeal in the blender and grind it to

make corn flour? Or is there something else in corn flour that wouldn't be in

the meal? Trying to find cheaper ways to do this diet.

That's the Carnation Instant Breakfast I use.

actually the carnation instant breakfast is no sugar

added. it is fine i have been using it for 3 months.
