Guest guest Posted April 11, 2010 Report Share Posted April 11, 2010 - Make yogurt from 1/2 and 1/2, and then add fruit and honey to make a smoothie. - Have a banana with nut butter. - Make an omelet with cheese and sausage/bacon in it. Cook it in butter or coconut oil. - Make a cheeseburger, and use souffle bread for a bun. Slice a bit of avocado to put on the burger as well.
