Guest guest
Hello, I've heard of flylady before but never looked into it. I think this site will be good for me. I'm in a rut and need to get the clutter cleared out of my house and my mind. Thanks so much for your posts.PJ in OH, 54, IPF'09,Sjogren's'95 Sorry but have missed you all Havent been at the center so no internet access. Have missed all your posts. Been having a hard time with the weather the fires and and a bunch of other things.I am still trying to get a pulse ox meter so wish me luck...I dont know if I told you all this if I have then just go read something else lol...I got prescription after the sleep study and it said my sats went down to 74. Now you all know I am on 3lpm of oxygen 24/7 the doctor wrote she needs oxygen at night only and set it at 2lpm! can you believe that? It was like they didnt know I was on o2 already and 3lpm at that. That really scared me that my stats were going down that low at night..I was needing my prescription to carry with us in traveling. Now I have to find who has my olde prescription. lol if its not one thing its three..I am so looking forward to getting out of here and back to Az even if its only for a week. Its so much better over there and I love it..for those of you who were told not to do anything that is no way to live. I get up each day and dress and do my hair and then I start my day with my dear husband and then if I dont come to the senior center I start my fly lady routines.. www.flylady.com is a wonderful site and you only work in 15 min increments. it really helps to keep things up..and she keeps reminding us things didnt get messy or cluttered overnight so its going to take awhile to get it back in shape...ooooohhhh so true..I am working on one room at at ime while keeping just the basic done in the rest of the house. but you will be surpriese how much time 15 mins really is..(some of you might rmember the She's of the seventies side track home executives two sisters started that)You just get up take your PMA (positive mental attitude) pill and start the day off. Keep your mind and your body busy.I am so thankful for this group and for the nevermet friends on here who have been so helpful. I have talked to my insurance and they are starting a new program that my dear husband and I qualify for and after we get into it I will let you all know how it works...I am hoping they will allow us to get a gym memebership that will cost 50 a month for both of us to go. they have an indoor pool that is heated and they were so willing to help me in any way with my oxygen and my need for exercise etc and they have wonderful showers.Hope you all are doing better and keeping yourselves well in this flu time of the year...getting flu shot wenesday but not the new flu one...hugs and will write more..hope I can come the rest of the week if not will check in each day I get here MerryI count not a day complete till needle, thread and fabric do meet.2009 will be mighty fine!Due to recent budget cuts and the rising cost of electricity, gas and oil,as well as current market conditions, the Light at the End of the Tunnel has been turned off.
