Thank you so much Kim! I have been looking for legal liquid supplements for awhile, I'm psyched. Actually, I would _LOVE_ to find a liquid calcium, I took one 6 years ago b4 I had to stop cause it was illegal, and it helped _SO_ much.

I checked out the liqiud bodybio magnesium. I get that it absorbs better (believe me I do!), but still, the dose seems so low! 6.25% RDA? to balance the 1000 mg calcium I take, I take 250%! Also, from the description I saw no inactive ingredients, I assumed there were none and that it was legal until I read the FAQ and it says there was vitamin C in it. That was not listed in either active or inactive ingredients, does that mean there is something else in there too not listed on the web page? Can I be sure this is legal?

Thanks!!p.s. Thanks Gay!! :)

I

just looked at stearic acid yesterday to answer a question over on

pecanbread.  Stearic acid is legal, I believe, but there are some concerns,

especially if you have difficulties with fatty acid metabolism.  I would

probably try to find another supplement without stearic acid, but if it is

something necessary, just be aware of long-term risks or high-dosage

risks.

I

can’t take any legal Freeda supplements, as the dosages are much too

high.

My

body also requires magnesium supplementation (I’m deficient), so I have

to be careful with a calcium supplement in that respect also.  Then most

calcium supplements I’ve tried causes severe spinal lumbar pain or

extreme immune responses, depending on the source of the calcium.  But I

did find a calcium/magnesium powder that I can tolerate low doses of (5 grams

once a week).  My physical therapist strongly recommended using a cal/mag

powder for my muscle control issue; my bone density hasn’t started

declining, so I don’t need frequent doses of calcium.

It

is fairly easy to find a legal magnesium supplement from mail-order sources;

not so easy in local pharmacies.  I also have been using BodyBio liquid

magnesium for about 6 months, and liking it more than the capsule or powder

form I was using from Kirkman Labs; my body absorbs it better so I need less of

it, which my kidneys prefer!

There

are other sources as well.  I just gave you the ones I’m currently

using.

my old

calcium and magnesium supplements have stearic acid in them, which if

I remember correctly is illegal because it's an acid. I invested in a Freeda

calcium, however I see the cal/mag ratio is 1000/400. I understand that this

is unadvisable, and have experienced difficulty with similar ratios. I take

extra magnesium to keep things 1:1. It's very important for me. However, I

have no idea how to find a legal magnesium supplement now to take with my

new Freeda calcium. Can anyone please help?

p.s. I habitually stagger my calcium pills between breakfast and lunch to

help combat the problems I was having with histadelia. It would be nice if I

could find a magnesium dosage that would allow me to stagger it with the

calcium, ideally 300 mg, but 250 would be marvy too.

Thank you very much!
