Let's see. I eat less, but eat until I'm full. I now eat about 1/2 a meal

and am very very satisfied. I have two or three BM's in the morning. They

smell. But then don't everyone's? LOL Maybe once a week I'll have a BM in

the evening. Never urgent and never a problem. I have no gas problems and

nothing else has really changed except I've lost nearly 100 lbs. and I feel

great. Oh, one thing has changed. I no longer have to eat low fat and try

to diet. I'm eating fried chicken, mashed potatoes and cole slaw tonight. I

won't eat the biscuit, but probably wouldn't have before either. I was on 3

blood pressure meds and am down to one. I got off my cholesterol med the

first month and now I'm also off my arthritis meds. This surgery is a true

miracle.

It all varies by individual.. but let me tell you I have yet to have a

BM problem. I go in the morning, I go in the evening.. no problem..

no accidents, no gut wrenching diahrea, etc. I have had some

intestinal cramps but it was more related to gas. Good luck with your

decision.

better option but I am not sure. With your new life what has changed?

What modifications have you made in eating, changes in BM (a big

complaint with the DS procedure) and general well being. Let me know!
