I fyou chose to do it start very small like with a glass of lactose free

milk. Watch very closely for regression in behavior-and be prepared to put

him back on the diet if you see any. Also please note it make take a week or

two for peptides to build up if they are still forming in his body -so dont

consider it safe after a day or tow wait a couple weeks and then see.

Truthfully I would not reccomend doing this-but if you must proceed with

caution-no one knows for sure what damage is bieng done by the peptides

besides behavior changes=just be carefull-the may be a section on the

gfcfdiet page in jorgans reasearch on challenging the diet -you could look

and see what he says there too.F

Ashi,

Why even challenge it this early into it? Why even challenge it ever?

If you noticed a general improvement I would continue with it and watch

till you notice how things may continue improving. My son has been gfcf

for 17 1/2 months and to me I will continue this for as londg as I am

around for him.
