Guest guest
Regarding overeating, this is the kind of post that really offers the type of information I am concerned abou tmost -- long term issue. What I hope is not just what Lisbeth said below -- that " you know you don't want it so go play or whatever " -- I am hoping what happens is " you know you CAN'T put it in there so don't eve think about it. " This is a very serious question for me!! Is it true that I will not be able to eat as much for a long while, or am I fooling myself ?? I know the stomach goes back to normal, but I am counting on behavioral changes in this surgery simply because it is impossible to eat as much...please help....!! -------------------------------------------- Subject: Re: ? about those old " nasty " eating habits *hugs* Pam, Thanks for sharing this story. I thought I was crazy because I too have done this continued to think about food like that. I think its a chemical thing for me I equate it with being like an addict....For me food was my addiction I used it to feel good...Now when I have those feelings I say to myself... " Self you ate and you ate what you wanted if you really want more go ahead and eat it...but you know you dont so go and play or read or whatever.
