I started taking CLO from Dale 's. I take one in the morn. and one

at night. After a week or so, I felt MUCH better. Hard to explain but just

better. I can sort of tell if I have too much. My eyes feel different.

When I don't take it I don't feel as well.

Sammy, my 4 year old seems to have better eye contact.

I do worry about the mercury.

Hi Amy,

I am going to try it out on myself. I have psoriasis and I remember reading

somewhere that cod liver oil could help.

Are these cod liver oil capsules? We have tried the liquid in regular and

strawberry flavor but it is so foul and I cannot force him to take it.

Kirkman labs sells capsules.
