Guest guest
Forgive me for not knowing this. But I am trying to research all the time (outside of working, being a mom, and homeschooling). Is s. boulardii a probiotic? I was thinking it had to be one of the strains but this is a yeast? I'm confused?Saccharomyces Boulardii is a unique, non –pathogenic yeast that has many beneficial actions in the intestinal tract. Sboulardii has been utilized worldwide as a probiotic supplement to support gatstrointestinal health.
