I read the BTVC book today - the initial diet seems so different than GAPS. I'm

not a master at retention right now, but SCD doesn't appear to even mention bone

broth.

And GAPS also stresses eat all the fat in homemade stock where as I just read in

a recent post here to skim fat

Aside from drinking bone broth with egg yolk and kobucha, I haven't taken the

plunge yet (I'm not going to admit what I was eating while reading the book...)

but SDC seems like a much easier way to begin.
