Guest guest
Hi, I have a B-12 supplement I'd like to take. It contains Dicalcium phosphate, cellulose gum, modified cellulose, vegetable stearin, magnesium stearate and silica.Does anyone know if the cellulose gum and dicalcium phosphate would be legal? I see that dicalcium phosphate is sometimes used as a laxative for colon cleanses and I don't need to add to that since IBS/diarreah is my main symptom. My B-12 levels were on the low range (550) and my endocrinologist prescribed me a nasal spray that I don't like taking (my nose always feels like it's running). Another dr suggested just a supplement and it's hard to find one w/legal ingredients. I am not opposed to shots either which would be my next option. Wondering if anyone had any input. Also, on a side note, I noticed another post from someone that also has an IBS, not IBD diagnosis and takes questran. Is that for diareeah or cholesterol?thanks in advance, celiac, IBS-D
