I guess it's easier with boys, because most of their reproductive organs are on the outside, so it's pretty obvious if they have hypospadius or undescended testes or whatever else. Unless there's an obvious problem with the (outside the body) labias or clitoris, there's no way of knowing with a girl, unless you do an ultrasound, pelvic exam, etc. And all of the problems that the female RSS adults mentioned were " inside the body " issues. I don't know if any doctor would would be interested in these more " adult " possible aspects of RSS...I figure Dr's Harbison and Stanhope had enough work with " their " kids, or perhaps they would've asked, after all these years, if there are " adult-related " aspects of RSS that they might be interested in knowing.
