Guest guest
Has anyone ever used these as a filler in meatloaf? In the pre-gfcf days I always used oatmeal as filler in meatloaf. Thanks! Guest guest
Hi, all! I've not used buckwheat flakes, but I have used quinoa flakes for everything I used to use oatmeal for, and everything has turned out fine. I can't find buckwheat or amaranth flakes here in SW Michigan. Yours, Kathy
