Hi Jody,

The following two articles (one page each) by Dr Cowan will perhaps

best address your comments and concerns about the reflux issue

(GERD) and proton pump inhibitors or Zantac. Additionally, Cowan

makes an interesting comment about GH and how it helps the

intestinal track and he also addresses delayed gastric emptying and

diabetes issues in one of the articles.

Based on Cowan's comments in these articles and the use of his

diet, then I would come to the conclusion that the Baking Soda Acid

test and diet would be appropriate and effective for anyone.

Naturally this is something to first review with your doctor.
