Guest guest
not everyone has the need for heavy duty pain killers postop. i for one, did not need anything stronger than tylenol/ibuprofen after i left the hospital. the pca was taken out 2-3 days postop, and i took something liquid for a few days that was " narcotic " after that. but i really didn't need the strong stuff anymore. i don't know if i have a high pain threshold, but i didn't think i did. i can be a real baby sometimes when it comes to pain. i had lap ds, and had alot of tissue swelling. i felt sore, but not like i was in agony, begging for pain relief. the same situation applied after my 3 c- sections years ago. felt sore, just took tylenol. so don't worry about something that may never even happen. ok? hugs, mary y > Hi and group, > I don't know if you are actually up for any questions, but here > goes.... > You have shared a wealth of information with the group...I am so > grateful for your willingness to share all that you know about the BPD-DS. > I am wondering if you might be willing to share an opinion with me about the > common channel.
