I'm just going to buy more mangos this week since I seem to tolerate those

well...and the mango lassis were oh so good this week with the yogurt and honey!

Mmmmm! Mmmm!

I wish I could add strawberries into the mix, but it's probably too soon for

that...and will just stick with mangoes and bananas for now.

My symptoms are still there -- but not as strong before, since I've started the

yogurt full time..

Actually, I used half n half in the milkshake smoothies last week -- for some

weird reason, I seem to tolerate the organic half n half yogurt better than the

one made with pure organic cow's milk, so I'm going to make my yogurt with the

half n half from now on instead of just milk.

I'm just going to make sure that the curdles are out next time.

I'm glad you gained weight. I remember the days (more than 10 years ago,) when

my stomach problems were so horrible that I just didn't eat/avoided eating.

Now, I'm overweight (still with tummy problems) and trying to lose the weight! I

wish you success!
