Guest guest
le, Boy, I can understand that feeling of drowning, as most of us can. You have every right to whine. These things are very tough to deal with, and it's not fair! Even though n is 4 1/2 now, I still look around sometimes at other kids with that hint of jealousy because their parents just have it so easy. I know this is too late for you since surgery is tomorrow, but what my doctors have done is combine surgeries whenever possible. n had ear tubes done the same time as hypospadius surgery.] something to think about, especially with these surgeries that aren't urgent. Good luck tomorrow and take care. We're all here to lift you up to get a little air, and some sleep would help too! Guest guest
le, Go ahead and whine - this is the place to do it. I understand what you are going through, we all do (although not everyone gets the twin thing lol). It is perfectly natural to feel overwhelmed. Is there any way you can get someone to help you? Maybe someone to watch Carlee while you take Coby to the appointments? Then when you come back, do something with Carlee and leave Coby with a sitter? Also, can you find a little while to pamper yourself? Leave the kids (and the husband) home and go for a massage or get your nails done or (and I hate to admmit having done this ), but I occassionaly go to the local ice cream place without the kids. I bring a good book and actually get to enjoy a small ice cream by myself! Of course, I am supposed to be on a diet so that one isn't the greatest of ideas, but what can you do. Hang in there, Judith, Steve, (RSS) and (non RSS) 5 year old twins BTW, the twin thing does get easier when they get bigger
