Hi. I know a lot of you have kids with food sensory issues and I

just need some advice or ideas on what to do. Tonight we went out to

eat and we very rarely do this (I was craving Olive Garden with my

pregnancy, so I dragged my family out!), so I never really thought

ahead of time. My son Skye 6yrs (non RSS)was in the middle of

chewing and then due to a part of the noodle being colder than the

rest, he threw up all over the table, plate, and himself. This kind

of stuff happens at home a lot, but I never thought about how to

prepare myself when we go out. I did the best I could do concealing

it from everyone around us and had to cover him in napkins, run to

the bathroom and clean him up after I cleaned the table. Have any of

you dealt with this and what could I do to somehow help this in the

future? Carry a plastic baggie?

On the flip side of this, Autumn probably ate more than ever tonight,

she devoured everything given to her, screamed for more, than drank a

few oz of peptamin on top....thank you olive garden!

mom to Autumn RSS 13 mos, Skye, Ocean, and baby on the way
