Guest guest
Hi Can anyone give me an idea of how many calories their children eat a day, or how much they should have, I am concerned my 10 mointh old daughter is way below, even though she puts on weight slowly but I worry the more active she gets she will start loosing?????? Guest guest
I have never actually calculated it all out. I can tell you that I had the same concerns about my daughter at 13 months when she started walking and her weight gain drastically slowed down. She was more active so burning more calories - also not as interested in eating now that she could explore more. So, we started her on Periactin - made a huge difference in how much she ate and with weight gain. Sorry, can't be more helpful.
