Guest guest
Why would you want to? Mara So we aren't supposed to eat coconut oil and yogurt together? Debbie 41 cd
Guest guest
I don't but there's been some discussion on it lately. I haven't followed it enough to know. It's something recent. To be honest, if I have x amount of things to choose from the fridge and one is yogurt, one has garlic, something else needs some type of butter (coconut oil sometimes). I don't take the time to think it out. I just fix a plate and shovel it in. I do need to sit down and get that part together. I haven't noticed any major problems from it but maybe it would help to separate certain things. I have read your coconut yogurt recipe and the discussion. I'm not *the cook* and haven't found unsweetened coconut yet. I'm sure I'll mess it up but I will eventually get the nerve to try it. Debbie 41 cd Why would you want to? I'm not *the cook* and haven't found unsweetened coconut yet. http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000F4D5GC/ref=oss_productThese come conveniently packaged in 2 & 2/3 cup size packages - which makes 1 quart of rich coconut milk. And if one orders subscribe and save (for anyone who goes through a lot of coconut), it's 15% less expensive. I'm sure I'll mess it up but I will eventually get the nerve to try it.
