Adjusting to Doc Band/Cranial Cap

How long did it take for your baby to adjust to the Doc band/cranial

cap? My son (8 months) got his cranial cap on Friday and is not his

usually happy self....gets scared in the middle of night when he feels

his cap and has trouble rolling over. He also crys when we take it off

and put it on. I do see some rubbing on the side of his face and over

the eyebrow. It weights 6 oz and I am sure has some adjustment period

but I want to make sure he is adjusting to the cap on this head and it

is not hurting him. Any advise about your situation will help me.
