Someone posted a mint candy that's SCD legal.  I think it's made with honey, mint--like a hard candy.  I'll see if I saved it in the archives.

 

Someone has also mentioned seeds you can chew but do *not* swallow which are natural breath mints.  I've already forgotten which ones though.  Maybe someoen else can post it.

Fennel seeds are a natural breath mint. It doesn't take much tho - and I don't swallow them.

Just the act of chewing on the seeds produces lots of saliva which can calm the pain from hiatal hernia or acid reflux a lot.
