This is a very good question. Your " ideal weight " should be measured

by your body mass index (BMI). The target are you want to strive for

is a BMI between 21 and 25. For me at 5'5 " that would be between 130

and 150. Go to www.obesityhelp.com and click on BMI it is really

very clever it plots your weight loss in a graft and it show it

better than I could.
