$4,500 Up Front cost for aftercare?

Hello everyone, hope everything is well and calm tonight.

I have been researching Dr.'s in Michigan and do not understand the

upfront cost. I live in chicago and will have to travel for the

surgery. i wanted Michigan because my parents are there and can help

me recover. both dr's i have researched said Hares and Lutrzykowski

make you pay 4,500 for aftercare. It is for a support group twice a

month for 2 yrs. i don't live in michigan and will not be able to

attend the support groups. all they allowed to do this??? I don't

have any money because i'm a social worker and in debt $40,000

because of college. (i know, real bad decision of going into a

career that makes NO money....don't get me started:) )

i know they want th e money because they don't get enough of the

ins. money. I really wanted a michigan dr. close to my family's

home there and i have only heard good things about the above dr's/

has anyone heard of or know of anyone to get around this fee. I will

already have to pay for 30% of the surgery and have to switch to a

PPO in january at work. I don't know where that money will come from

either. i just pray about it and Know God will answer. i told the

people at both offices that i don't live in michigan, hence no

aftercare, but they have not suggested anything else....
