Guest guest
Hi Rach I believe that dreams are our inner self trying to give us a message. I had one just before I started the journey for the DS that convinced me it was what I should do. Your subconscious may be trying to let you know everything will be OK. Visualization is very important for recovery. I had my therapist go through a visualization with me that was similar to your dream. I repeated it often whenever I started having fears. It calmed me quite a bit. You can use the dream to help you get through everything easier. Remember the dream, think about getting up from the hospital bed and walking the floor without any pain. I do believe that this helped me in my recovery.
