Actually the high blood pressure was probably the worst for my health over

the long hall, but it was controlled well by medication. The sore feet were

the WORST! It was beginning to affect my activity level so much, I knew my

weight was only going to go up. Anything I read about correcting some of the

problems with foot surgery seemed to indicate that I would just reinjure them

at the weight I was at. The absolutely BEST part is the lifting of the

weight/diet burden. I did not end up skinny, but no one would consider me

fat. I still have to work on not thinking I am " fat " sometimes, but for the

most part I don't have to think about what diet I should be on or what diet I

have failed. My first diet was at around age 8. My mother thought she was

doing the right thing, so I don't blame here. I am glad that at age 36---28

years later the diet is finally OVER!
