The sore feet were the WORST! It was beginning to affect my activity level so much, I knew my weight was only going to go up. Anything I read about correcting some of the problems with foot surgery seemed to indicate that I would just reinjure them at the weight I was at. The absolutely BEST part is the lifting of the weight/diet burden. I did not end up skinny, but no one would consider me fat. I still have to work on not thinking I am " fat " sometimes, but for the most part I don't have to think about what diet I should be on or what diet I have failed. My first diet was at around age 8. My mother thought she was doing the right thing, so I don't blame here. I am glad that at age 36---28 years later the diet is finally OVER!
