Guest guest
Hi everyone! Thank you in advance for reading this and helping me out. I have had six very long and complicated years with gastroparesis, colonic inertia, chronic constipation, vomiting, feeding tubes.. (the list goes on). I am currently on several medications and supplements along with a big diet change to treat candida, parasites, and bad bacteria with an absence of the good bacteria. I also have issues with mercury and tin. I am trying to make coconut yogurt and need some advice. The only sugar I am allowed to have per doctors orders are berries. He specifically stated no honey, no agave, no molasses or maple syrup. What can I possibly put in the yogurt to feed the bacteria. Should I try and puree some berries to add? I have the GI prohealth starter. Thank you guys for your help and hope everyone has a nice weekend! Sharon
