F, I'm glad you mentioned Marci Soft white bread. I made it last nite for

the first time and it looked great when it came out of the oven, but it soon

fell to half the size. Can you please tell me what I did wrong?

Have you tried the recipe inlisa lewis book called marcis soft white bread?

It makes good rolls too.F

Hi F. Yes I left them in the pan to cool. I sliced one this morning and

it was a little doughy in the middle so I'm thinking I should have baked them

a little longer. Does that sound right?
