I've had acne for years and I've been through all the acne stages on the diet that other posters have described on this thread.My skin is the clearest it's ever been right now after a year and a half on the diet. In addition to the diet I do this:2 capsules of cod liver oil dailyWitch hazel and tea tree oil toner - 1 tsp of tea tree oil per 20 oz bottle of witch hazel. I use this twice a day benzoyl peroxide - I use 10%, but that's too strong for some people. - twice a dayaloe vera gel - applied to face only - twice a day.glycolic acid wash 5% once or twice a day. Doing all these may be too harsh for your skin, but it's how I keep my acne under control without the dreaded antibiotics that never helped much anyway and probably got me on this forum. So you may want to try one or two of these things at first. -- Hey everyone...has anyone else experienced this? I've been breaking out really badly since starting the SCD diet. At first I thought it was simply hormonal, but it's persisting... has never had bad of a break out since I was in college, so it's really troubling.
