I noticed that alot of you talk about acidophilus. I have been

thinking about giving the milk with acidophilus. What exactly

does it do for cf'ers? What, in your opinions is better, or has

worked best for you, yogurt or milk?

thanks for your responses,

My daughter, Mikayla who is 10 months old, has taken the brand

Culturelle GG based on her GI's recommendations. We give her 1

capsule every morning with her beads. She has been fighting c-diff

since April. C-diff is a risk when you take antibiotics,

particularily the mycins. We'll keep Mikayla on Culturelle now as a

preventative measure. The website is: www.culturelle.com

Abby drinks the " drinkable yougart " . She likes the rasberry flavor.

It's called Danimals and is made by Dannon. It has 90 calories in

3.1 oz. It contains active yogurt cultures (whatever that means).
