Guest guest
I just posted a picture of it on the cfparents website. The album is called " Neb band " . I use a 4-way stretch lycra. The one in the picture is made of velvet lycra. I sew skating dresses and dance costumes, so I always have lots of lycra scraps around, which works perfect for me. Inside the round part that goes on the back of the head, there is batting, to keep it " cushioned " , and I use 1/4 " elastic in the side bands, and o-rings. It works wonderfully! And if anyone needs lycra, let me know, and I can send enough in an envelope, cut or not, to make a couple. I have LOTS AND LOTS AND LOTS of scraps! LOL I am so frugal, that when the material costs anywhere from $25-$37/yard, I have a hard time throwing any of it out!
