Guest guest
Hi , I would like to have another 100 brochures if I may. I am sorry for waiting so long. I had mentioned that I would be wanting some more, just was not real sure if we had to wait a certain time before asking for more. I love them and think that they are the greatest way to get the word out about RP! Thank you all again for who ever had a hand in the making of them a reality. I feel so good to know that we have a means of letting people know just exactly what we are dealing with and it helps them understand. I know the Doctors will appreciate them. When is it that you go for your surgery? I hope you know that you have been in my prayers, even though I have been terrible about posting and letting you know that I am thinking of you and everyone who is going through trials and need our support. You have it and I know that you already know that. Please let me know when your surgery is,. I take Brittany, my son's 12 year old daughter to the airport on the 27th to go back to South Dakota. She has been with us since the 15th of June. Of course we have had to share her with her Mom's family too. You take care and remember we are just a phone call away, collect if you need us! Love and Prayers, Lucy -- Hi Everyone Hi all, I just heard from Arto... Yeah... he is alive and well. He asked if the brochures are only for the US members. No... they are for everyone no matter where you live. So this is a last reminder. Send your orders in... Tomorrow is the cut off date. I had a busy day today and am plum tuckered out. LOL Going to bed soon in my NEW bed. yippee.. finally. LOL Hope I can wake up without a sore back. I will post more tomorrow. Enjoying my visit with my sister. Love to you all. Guest guest
hi everyone, my name is mindy. i am not currently a parent but hope to be able to start a family soon. see i was just diagnosed with cf 3 yrs ago when i was 20. i know some information about cf but hardly any about pregancy or parting with cf. i was hoping to get some insight about people who might have cf or even about kids with cf & what they might go through. we don't know weather we should try to have kids or try to adopt. so maybe i could learn something here that might help me & our descison. Guest guest
Welcome. We are glad to have you join us. I'm sure that someone on this list will have lots of answers for you. Are you feeling pretty good? Do you have any GI issues? Sorry for the questions, but I am just wondering why your doctors didn't catch this sooner. I hope that you are doing well. Good luck with your decision. I had a terrible throat infection plus a visit to the ER to get a new IV in after being poked 10 times by different nurses. My home care nurse could not get an IV in, and did 4 unsuccessful attempts, leaving my arm purple. So I had to go to the ER to get one started. The nurse there tried 4 times and did in the under side of both arms. So I have there two swollen and purple arms. It kills!!! I have no idea what happened. Then the special IV team came and the woman did an IV in three seconds. And it was perfect. How horrible is that, that they could not get someone who could do it right off the bat. This morning I am black and blue. And so sore that I can't lean my arm against anything. It really sucks that something so simple and seemingly routine became such a big deal and took this whole weekend to get back on track. oh well. So I got back onto my computer this morning and had like 120 emails from you guys and some other people. It was fun to read them - well some were not mean to be fun, but the holiday tradition ones were really cool. Very cheerful!!! Hope everyone is doing really well. Natalia I can't understand it I got this e-mail after I say GrandmaBev's response from it!! Very Strange. DebA
