Guest guest
That is also what I do . & Now I am cooking for one. I just make a smaller amount (but still good size) . I love it & take plastic containers of it to work with me also & just heat in the microwave. I rarely get sick & that is my secret weapon (hehe).. I know you have quite a few still at home & that takes a larger amount then I need .... You do so much .I know your family appreciates you as we do too-- thanks for your super tips. Guest guest
Chicken cartilage has anti-inflammatory properties. Could it be that those properties leach out into the broth as you cook the bird? I know when my kids are sick they don't feel as good if I used canned chicken compared to boiling one until the meat falls off the bone.
