Guest guest
I'd have to contact them & find out; I guess it's possible. How has their service been for you? When I started using them years ago the service was awful; they just weren't filling orders. The nutritionist says it's not as bad but they are still having trouble getting supps in. If that has improved for individuals I can just start ordering from them directly. Thanks, Michele > > <<After that I can switch but don't know to what. I know you said you bought them through your local doctor, and can't return them... but I'm just wondering if you could contact Brainchild directly and possibly swap any sealed bottles, as long as the date is not up and you paid the shipping? > > > Patti > >
Guest guest
Sorry... can't answer that, as I have not ordered from Brainchild, Michele. Since they're still around, I would assume they've probably worked the bugs out of their customer service. Someone from Brainchild (I think Terrie is her name??) belongs to this list... she pops in from time to time. Their return policy is on the website. I would give them a call. Guest guest
Hi Michele, I'd love to know the name of your nutritionist, and figure out why they're having trouble getting their orders. I've been the business manager for BrainChild for about 3 years now, and before I started they had no shipping department, per se, just the owner struggling to keep up with orders. BrainChild now has an exceptionally good shipping team, and orders typically go out within 24 hours, on weekdays. As far as returning or exchanging the supplements, it's a little unclear how it would work, as you purchased them from your nutritionist, but please give our Shipping Manager a call at 831 465-0104, explain the situation, and see what we can do for you. I do hate to see a perfectly good bottle of vitamins to go to waste, so if your child is doing fine on them, you may want to switch after you finish the bottle you're using. We really do have quite a number of SCD families using our products. The only thing in them that kept Elaine from approving all the formulas for SCD is that they contain herbs, and she had a " no-herbs " rule. We feel that the herbs in them will most likely help significantly with your child's gut healing, as that's what they're intended to do. Please let me know if I can help in any way.
