I'm the same way. I've heard that any kind of processing changes the

protein structure, even if ever so slightly.

That makes sense. Makes me wonder if I will tolerate the yogurt though (I'm

going to try goat yogurt). I wonder if I will have to cook it in order to

tolerate it, which of course defeats the purpose, other than maybe to get

some much needed calories.

Only time will tell........

You know, I just realized you meant " cooked " (duh!). I was thinking

cooked as in pasteurized. But I guess this could apply to cooked

cheese too.

I tolerate cheese made from pasteurized milk much better than cheese

from raw milk.
