hey amanda i got my daughter's band through medicaid they should cover a portion

of it the whole cost for us was 3600 and medicaid paid 1600 of it and we covered

the rest, call your medicaid office and then speak to the insurance lady at your

helmet location and ask which forms of medicaid they take because as you know

there is straight medicaid and the umbrellas underneathe them for us in las

vegas it is hpn smartchoice, depending on the state where you live you should be

able to have the option to get under the medicaid provider that will cover a

portion.medicaid is medicaid they should cover some of it.

let me know if i can be of some help to you which state do you live in?

If they are denying coverage you can appeal it. Look though the files for appeal examples to help you if you need to go that route.

Let us know what happens!!!
