Guest guest
Sonja, I feel the same as you as my life is now so limited. Can't drive anymore (family won't let me!!), friends leave me off of their invite lists as I am so unpredictable: I never know if I can make it to any event or " appointment " until it is time to go there. So, I understand about getting tickets in advance of an event. Will I be well that time or not? I am also so ill with pain and other effects from my CP that I spend veery little time out of bed or going anywhere. I can't get too many people to visit me at MY home as they are either " tooo busy " or just tired of seeing me as I deteriorate over time. My 10th anniversary of the beginning a 9-month, almost fatal, stay in the hospital for severe acute pancreatitis, a Whipple, and then having PC after surgery. I know your frustration and sense of paralysis. I get out of the funk every now and then, but it is hard to escape when one's whole life is dictated not by one's own desires and dreams but by a damned illness. So, I empathize with you and your frustration. Take care of yourself and keep doing as best as you can. Anyse
