The only thing we can use to make things rise a bit is baking soda. You may need

to go with the SCD recipes that have already been adapted and call for baking

soda... for breads, muffins, cookies, etc.

Is there a special kindof baking soda? Arm & Hammer? I am using baking

soda to brush their teeth.
